Ownership of the UX and UI Design for an online eCommerce merchant solution for the building industry. I have defined the complete user-journey and product flows, including edge cases not before considered. My role involves daily remote stand-ups, and weekly face-to-face meetings, liaising with product owners, BAs, and working with developers to push the delivery of the service forward.
